Power to provide market research and consulting services directly to federal, state and local government agencies.
To receive the GSA contract, J.D. Power passed a rigorous evaluation of its capabilities, offerings, organizational structure and customer satisfaction performance. Government agencies can now contract work through GSA with J.D. Power and Associates for satisfaction measurement, performance improvement training, social media analysis and outreach research services.
