As vice president of Scott Shuptrine and Hillside, McNamara is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day activities of the company's eight Scott Shuptrine locations and the Bloomfield Township-based Hillside store, ensuring each exceeds its quality, profitability and sales goals. Additionally, she will be driving the continued growth of each luxury division brand through in-store galleries, stand-alone locations and an aggressive franchising portfolio plan.

A graduate of The University of Michigan, McNamara joined Art Van and Scott Shuptrine in 2013. Prior to her tenure with Art Van, McNamara held a variety of management positions with Pottery Barn, including corporate district manager of Pottery Barn Kids and Teen in San Francisco, district manager of Pottery Barn in Michigan and Northern Ohio, and store manager of several locations throughout Southeast Michigan.
