Jeff Norris, Hardware Engineering Manager, with over 25 years of experience in hardware engineering and 10 years of engineering management, further augments IXI's capabilities in hardware design, test development, systems integration, and engineering management.  His skills include product and test development for aerospace, defense, medical, critical electronics, and automated test software.  Prior to joining IXI, Norris was the Hardware Design Manager with Astronics Test Systems, Principal Hardware Engineer with Triconex Invensys, and Senior Staff Engineer with Baxter Health Care.

Mr. Norris holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the California Polytechnic University, San Louis Obispo. Awards and honors include California's California Micro Fellowship (UCI) and Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly.

Tony Aquino is a Navy Veteran with over 40 years of experience in defense electronics and test engineering development.  Tony's expertise includes radio and communications development, cryptology, system integration, electronic product design, test development, software engineering, and field support.  Prior to joining IXI Technology Inc., Mr. Aquino was a Senior Test Engineer at Astronics Test Systems, Senior Principal Systems Engineer with Thales Raytheon Systems Inc., and Senior Systems Engineer with Hughes-Raytheon.

Mr. Aquino holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic University. He also graduated from the US Navy Electronic Technician "A" school.
