Jennifer J. Hill Joins Offerd as Corporate Advisor to Advance Strategy, M&A, and National Growth

"Jen" Hill has joined the company as Corporate Advisor. A veteran of corporate and structured finance with nearly three decades of experience, Hill will advise Offerd on strategy, M&A, capital markets readiness, and platform-scale operations.

Hill is the Founding Principal of Jolly Capital Group, a boutique advisory and investment firm focused on corporate strategy, real estate portfolio optimization, and transaction execution. She brings a distinguished track record in driving sustainable revenue and margin growth, leading complex transactions, and delivering transformative value across industries and stages – from seed to scale.

Previously, Hill served at JLL in leadership roles including Global Head of Strategy and M&A Execution for the firm's Real Estate Management Services segment. There, she helped drive a 10.9% CAGR in revenue and 20.2% CAGR in adjusted EBITDA from 2021–2024, orchestrated 225+ M&A due diligence reviews, and led acquisitions and partnerships spanning technical services, renewable energy, smart building platforms, and sustainability. She was instrumental in the launch of the firm's Integrated Portfolio Services model – encompassing real estate transactions, business intelligence, and advisory services – as well as the Public Institutions division.  Earlier, as Principal Advisor to the U.S. Army, she performed portfolio management for a $17.0B privatized housing portfolio, advised on $8.0B in debt financings, and provided real estate and financing services for 120+ MW of renewable energy transactions - establishing portfolio management and reporting frameworks later adopted across the U.S. Department of Defense.
