Jim Breyer to Join Datalogix Board of Directors

Mr. Breyer, who also remains a partner at Accel Partners, was a long-time board member of Facebook, Dell and Walmart, and he currently serves on the boards of several private technology companies, including Etsy, and on the boards of 21^st Century Fox and the Harvard Corporation, Harvard University's senior governing board.  Mr. Breyer is also co-founder and on the Strategic Investment Committee and Board of Directors of IDG China Capital Funds.
