Jive Joins Amazon, Facebook, and Zynga for Launch of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers Social Fund

PALO ALTO, Calif., Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Jive Software was one of the four companies showcased during the launch of the Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) sFund (social fund). The $250 million KPCB sFund initiative was unveiled at a media gathering at the Facebook headquarters on Thursday, October 21.

The KPCB sFund will serve as the leading venture investor in a new wave of applications and services built on social networks. With this fund, KPCB is looking for entrepreneurs and innovators who are reimagining and reinventing the Internet on social platforms.
