MCM and Clean Beauty Collective wins solidify an award-winning year for the agency
NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- JMD Creative Agency, the multidisciplinary studio behind some of the beauty and fragrance industry's most memorable packaging, today announced two wins in Graphic Design USA's 63rd Annual American Package Design Awards. The agency was recognized for Interparfums' MCM Fragrance Collection and Clean Beauty Collective's Clean Hair & Body Mist Collection, both honored for excellence in structural and visual package design.
For Clean Beauty Collective, JMD reimagined the body mist as a sensorial object, translating scent into shape, color, and emotion. The collection's elongated, popsicle-inspired silhouettes and translucent, juicy colorways give a nostalgic format a playful, design-forward twist, turning an everyday fragrance into something collectible and fun.
For MCM Fragrance Collection, JMD needed an idea bold enough to stand alongside the brand's first fragrance, shaped like its iconic Stark Backpack, yet distinct enough to expand the universe rather than repeat it. Looking past hardware and logo to the brand's true equity, JMD built the collection around MCM's playful animal characters, which surface unexpectedly throughout its world. The result is a lineup of sculptural, collectible, gender-neutral bottles, luxury with a wink, that pair graphic confidence and hardware cues with a whimsical new chapter in the MCM fragrance universe.

Now in its 63rd year, the GDUSA American Package Design Awards is one of the design industry's longest-running honors, celebrating packaging that advances a brand, tells its story, and elevates the consumer experience. This year's program drew more than 2,500 entries, with roughly 10 percent recognized as winners.
The recognition adds to a growing list of accolades for JMD's product and packaging designs this year:
- MCM Fragrance Collection and Clean Hair & Body Mist Collection were both shortlisted for the 2026 Pentawards, one of the world's most prestigious international competitions dedicated exclusively to packaging design
- Billie Eilish Your Turn fragrance (bottle designed by JMD) won the 2026 Fragrance Foundation Consumer Choice Award (Popular)
- JMD designed the packaging for two of the five finalists in the Best Product Packaging Design (Brands) category of the 2026 BeautyMatter Awards - Billie Eilish's Your Turn Fragrance by Parlux and the Clean Hair & Body Mist Collection; winners will be announced live in New York City on December 7, 2026
