John F. Knapp Joins Egon Zehnder International US Financial Services Practice Group

BOSTON, Oct. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- John F. Knapp has joined Egon Zehnder International as head of the firm's New England Asset Management practice and core member of the firm's US Financial Services team, it was announced today by James Satterthwaite, Partner and head of the firm's Boston office.

With more than 17 years of consulting, marketing and product management experience in the financial services industry, Mr. Knapp joins Egon Zehnder from Fidelity Investments where he was Vice President, Wealth Management Solutions.  He previously held several senior marketing and product management positions across Fidelity's Personal and Workplace Investment and Institutional Wealth Services businesses. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Knapp worked for Accenture in New York City focusing on Fortune 100 Financial Services organizations as a Senior Manager for the Strategy and Business Architecture practice.

A native of the Boston area, Mr. Knapp attended Dartmouth College, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Government.  He received his MBA from Columbia University in 2000.  John and his wife Liza currently reside in Wayland, Massachusetts with their three children.
