Jonathan Serkes Joins Intelica CRE™

ST. LOUIS, March 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Intelica CRE is pleased to present the newest member of its executive team, Mr. Jonathan Serkes. As the company's new Managing Director, Serkes will be joining the Executive Staff to assist with Intelica's rapid internal growth by overseeing daily corporate operations and procedures and helping to facilitate a business strategy for expansion.

Mr. Serkes has been a long time client of Intelica CRE prior to his employment with the company. Serkes is a founder and principal of Bamboo Equity Partners, L.L.C.; Intelica's private investment-arm. In this role, Serkes is responsible for procuring new bank relationships and equity investors. Over the past 20 years, Serkes' investment vehicles have provided mezzanine debt for St. Louis real estate developers unable to secure traditional bank lending. Through his relationships with financial institutions, Serkes helped form Bamboo Equity Partners to opportunistically acquire and manage other commercial real estate, including office, industrial, and retail investment properties.

Prior to joining Intelica, Mr. Serkes was founder and president of Bentley Management Group, a professional management consulting firm specializing in portfolio management. Mr. Serkes was also the founder and President of In Vitro Scientific Products, a biotech disposable lab ware company. Just before selling to a publicly traded entity in 1998, Serkes began investing in working farmland in Northeast Missouri. He has since acquired nearly 1,000 acres to date. During that time, he has also acquired and managed more than 100,000 square feet in office, industrial, and retail assets.
