Bloom, a Fort Lauderdale resident, is a civil litigation attorney who actively engages in all aspects of complex, commercial disputes with an emphasis on employment matters. He is admitted in the United States Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Prior to beginning his law practice, Bloom worked with one of the leading innovators in experimental economics, with an emphasis on decision-making in a controlled investment environment. He also managed the international non-profit organization Sangha, aiding impoverished disaster-affected children in Southeast Asia.

Sheskin, a resident of Cooper City, joined Lubell Rosen in August 2017 as an attorney. He focuses his practice on employment and ADA litigation, with an emphasis on representing and defending local businesses, along with assisting them in preventing future potential lawsuits. He has significant experience in federal and state criminal trial practice, labor, discrimination/EEOC, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and federal civil trial practice. He has appeared as counsel on hundreds of FLSA and ADA cases, as well as other types of federal and state cases.

In addition to extensive representation related to employment, Sheskin has appeared as counsel in ADA cases in three states. He is a successful appellate attorney, with wins in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Florida Supreme Court.
