Joshua Gayl has joined VO Financial Corporation as General Counsel and Secretary

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J., July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Joshua Gayl has joined VO Financial Corporation as General Counsel and Secretary.  Josh brings several years of experience in business litigation with some of the Philadelphia area's top law firms.  In private practice, Josh was a fierce advocate for his clients with an excellent track record in court.  Josh also developed passions for business development and client service that he looks forward to providing to VO Financial and its clients.

Josh is a magna cum laude graduate of Villanova Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 2006.  Josh is currently enrolled in Villanova Law School's Graduate Tax Program and anticipates receiving an LLM in Taxation in the Fall of 2013.  Prior to entering private practice, Josh was a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph D. O'Keefe, Administrative Judge of the Orphans' Court Division of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. Josh also received his Bachelor's Degree from The George Washington University in 2001 where he majored in Political Communication. 

Josh is active in the defense bar and legal community.  He serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, is a member of the Villanova Law J. Willard O'Brien Inn of Court, and was published by the Defense Research Institute in its national magazine "For The Defense."  Josh also serves as President of the Board of Directors of Theatre Horizon, a not-for-profit professional theater company.
