In his nearly 15 years of leadership experience in the self-storage industry, including time with Extra Space Storage and Life Storage, Mr. Payne has overseen high-performing sales teams, negotiated complex contracts, and driven portfolio growth through superior customer service and long-term partnerships. His foundation in finance, supported by Series 7 and 66 certifications, further enhances his capacity to drive fiscal responsibility and long-term enterprise value.
