RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif., Oct. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading global pharmaceutical company Allergan received FDA approval early this past summer to market Juvéderm Volbella® XC, a gel that can be injected into the lips to augment them and to correct perioral rhytids, commonly referred to as perioral lines, in adults over the age of 21. Juvéderm Volbella® XC is now available at Contour Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery Center.

The most common side effects were temporary responses at the treatment site, including swelling, tenderness, bruising, redness and itching, but most of these issues resolved themselves within 30 days.
