NEW YORK, Jan. 10, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC announces that the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York has approved the following announcement of a proposed class action settlement that would benefit purchasers of Pareteum Corporation common stock (NASDAQ: TEUM):

CORPORATION securities between DECEMBER 14, 2017, and OCTOBER 21, 2019,
inclusive: 

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, pursuant to an Order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, that a hearing will be held on April 25, 2023, at 10:30 a.m., before the Honorable Alvin K. Hellerstein in Courtroom 14D of the Daniel Patrick Moynihan U.S. Courthouse at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007, for the purpose of determining: (1) whether the proposed Settlement for the combined sum of $5,650,000 in cash should be approved by the Court as fair, reasonable, and adequate; (2) whether, after the hearing, this Action should be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Amended Stipulations and Agreements of Settlement dated as of October 25, 2022; (3) whether the proposed Plan of Allocation is fair, reasonable, and adequate and should be approved; and (4) whether the application of Lead Counsel for the payment of attorneys' fees and reimbursement of expenses incurred in this Action should be approved.
