Kansas City Current Announces One Current 2026 on October 25

A special matchday experience celebrating fans, playoff push and stadium evolution 

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kansas City Current has announced a super‑charged matchday experience — One Current 2026: Bigger Home. Bigger Future. — that will transform CPKC Stadium and Current Landing into the largest gathering of 18,000 Current fans in club history on Sunday, Oct. 25. As part of the event, CPKC Stadium's capacity will increase to 12,000, and an additional 6,000 fans can join the celebration through a first-of-its-kind Current Landing Grounds Pass, allowing fans to take in the matchday excitement just steps from the stadium.

Tickets to the match are available for purchase HERE. Current Landing Grounds Pass tickets, which begin at $10 and are inspired by the fan-friendly atmosphere of the US Open, can be purchased HERE.

The first 10,000 attendees at CPKC Stadium or with a Grounds Pass will receive an exclusive KC Current flag. A limited number of fans inside CPKC Stadium will take home a limited-edition bobblehead, the second bobblehead in club history. More details will be revealed at a later date.

One Current marks the team's final regular season home match of the 2026 campaign, the club's Fan Appreciation Match, and a celebration of Kansas City's continued evolution toward expanded stadium capacity and enhanced fan experiences. With ESPN on-site for the 4 p.m. CT kickoff, the event will showcase the energy, scale and ambition driving the Current's push toward the postseason.

Following the match, fans are invited to stay for a Current Landing Watch Party viewing of the Sunday Night Football game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Seattle Seahawks, kicking off at 7:20 p.m. CT. The Current will welcome Chiefs alumni and legends to join the pre-match festivities, creating a full-day celebration of Kansas City sports on the riverfront.

• $20 Standing Room Only: Access to CPKC Stadium
• $10 Grounds Pass: Access to Current Landing
  • Current Club members can purchase up to four Grounds Pass tickets, each with a complimentary reserved seat in the Current Landing bleachers, now through Oct. 1 while seating remains available.

On‑site parking will be available for purchase, and fans are encouraged to use multi-modal transportation available to access CPKC Stadium, including walking, biking and the KC Streetcar.
