Kartina TV Expands its Adoption of Friendly's Unified Device Management Solution for IPTV Service Management

Kartina TV, a supplier of interactive digital TV services available to Russian-speaking viewers around the world, has recently purchased additional licenses from Friendly Technologies. The company is currently expanding its use and integration of Friendly's Unified Device Management Solution, managing CPEs with Friendly's platform and adopting Friendly's Customer Support Portal (CSP) for support services. The changes are expected to enable Kartina TV to save costs and further optimize the company's control of STBs made by various manufacturers.

Friendly's Unified Device Management solution offers Kartina TV a greater degree of flexibility and will allow it to expand its management capabilities, allowing the company to eliminate some of its operational costs while increasing subscriber satisfaction.
