Kathleen McCutcheon, Vice President, Managing Director, Joins Taylor Strategy Partners

McCutcheon brings over 30 years of human resources experience to TSP and is the third key hire for TSP's Consulting and Assessment practice in the last six months. As a former HR executive, McCutcheon brings invaluable perspective to the firm and demonstrated, successful business experience.

McCutcheon was the Chief Human Resources Officer of The Ohio State University, supporting the Wexner Medical Center and 14 academic colleges. Prior to her CHRO role, McCutcheon served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources – Retirement Services Division at AIG (American International Group). She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
