STATE COLLEGE, Pa., April 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Kdan Mobile, a global SaaS (Software as a Service) company, celebrates its tenth anniversary in April. Kdan Mobile has expanded from a single office in Tainan, Taiwan to four offices around the globe (Taiwan, Mainland China and the United States), and has accumulated over 150 million downloads over the last decade.
Kdan's tenth anniversary celebration is centered around the idea of trying to positively impact the world during their next decade. One way they are doing that is by planting trees with iTree. The trees will be planted in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
"We have demonstrated our commitment to better the world with our service offerings and we plan to continue forging forward," explained Kenny Su, Kdan's founder and CEO. "Looking ahead, Kdan will be a business that takes on social responsibility. I am glad we symbolize that endeavor as part of our milestone celebration."
The Kdan team also issued a challenge to their user base that relates to the future decade: "What types of innovations do you think we'll see over the next decade that will improve our productivity?" Kdan asked their audience to send in their predictions about the future of productivity. These submissions were included in a time capsule that will be revisited in ten years, where the future team will share the results of their users' forecasts.
Kdan is also ringing in the next decade with their new app, Kdan Cloud. Kdan Cloud has been a long-standing service provided by the company, and is now being offered as a standalone application.
"We are very thrilled," explained Wei-Chung Wang, VP of global marketing and strategy for Kdan. "We have long strived to provide services that will enhance productivity. Kdan Cloud completes the puzzle just in time for our anniversary."
The newly-released Kdan Cloud app works seamlessly with Kdan's other productivity or creative tools, and makes it easier for users to organize and share projects with others. The Kdan Cloud app will be available for download in early May on iOS devices.
Kdan is introducing a special promotion and new merchandise to celebrate their tenth anniversary. Users who sign up for either Document 365 or Creativity 365 annual plan on the Kdan Creative Store website will receive a US$10 discount and a US$10 Amazon Gift Card.
Jolly, Kdan's newly-introduced mascot, will be featured on a new line of t-shirts and other "swag" from the company that will be available throughout the duration of the celebration. Anyone interested in learning more about Kdan's limited-time merchandise is encouraged to visit the anniversary page at https://bit.ly/2PzBN2S.
Kdan has also expressed their goal to continue improving their enterprise solutions. The team expects to release new-and-improved productivity solutions in the first half of 2019.
