Keith Delaney Joins MRA Group as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

HORHSAM, Pa., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MRA Group, (MRA), specialists in the development and management of healthcare, academic and owner-occupied real estate throughout the mid-Atlantic region, announced that Keith J. Delaney has joined the firm as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Delaney brings more than 15 years of finance and management experience to MRA, where he will direct the company's financial operations and formulate capital strategies for acquisitions and development.

Prior to joining MRA, Keith served as Chief Financial Officer for a Philadelphia based commercial real estate development company, where he directed capital strategy, strategic planning and partnership structuring.

Keith also served as Managing Director for Better Financial Decisions, and held a management position at Arthur Andersen, LLP.  Keith is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Economics.  He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania.
