Keith Smith and Willow Oak Asset Management Announce the Launch of the Bonhoeffer Fund
RICHMOND, Va., July 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Keith Smith and Willow Oak Asset Management today announced the launch of a private investment partnership named the Bonhoeffer Fund, LP.
The Bonhoeffer Fund's portfolio will be managed by Keith Smith with administrative support provided by Willow Oak Asset Management, a subsidiary of Sitestar Corporation (OTCQB: SYTE). Mr. Smith will employ a long-only, concentrated, value-oriented strategy with a focus on global securities of companies with market capitalizations of $100 million to $500 million.
