Kelly Michel Joins Envestnet | Retirement Solutions as Chief Marketing Officer

CHICAGO, Sept. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Envestnet | Retirement Solutions (ERS) has appointed Kelly Michel, who has more than 25 years of experience in the retirement services industry, as its Chief Marketing Officer.

In her new role, Ms. Michel is responsible for the firm's strategic marketing initiatives, and will work closely with the sales, product development, and client management teams to position ERS for continuous growth.

Prior to joining ERS, Ms. Michel served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Newport Group, and Senior Vice President and Head of Retirement Consulting Services for AIG Advisor Group. She also held many roles at Transamerica, an AEGON company, including Senior Vice President of Institutional Business Development. Ms. Michel began her retirement services career at Empower, where she worked for eight years before joining Transamerica.

Ms. Michel holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
