Kelly Services® Chooses Tableau to Support Talent Supply Chain Journey with Actionable Insights

SEATTLE, Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --Tableau Software (NYSE: DATA) today announced that Kelly Services® (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) has chosen Tableau to help its KellyOCG® clients view and understand their data. KellyOCG is the Outsourcing and Consulting Group of Kelly Services.  With Tableau, KellyOCG has moved beyond simply generating reports to creating actionable insights that inform the workforce strategies of their clients. Through the Alpha Release of their Talent Supply Chain Analytics portal, KellyOCG says its front line operations managers are saving a minimum of 10 hours per week on reporting and can now use that time to share insights, benchmarks and best practices with clients.

Prior to Tableau, KellyOCG either worked with the analytics capabilities of individuals VMS and ATS software, or created charts and graphs in Excel which were then pasted into PowerPoint decks for presentation. "The process was manually intensive, error prone and not scalable at the business unit or enterprise level," said John Healy, Vice President and Managing Director, Global Talent Supply Chain at Kelly Services. The company's customer advisory boards wanted to change the reporting process to create more insights, providing more value for its clients.
