Suzanne Maloney, partner and director of strategic and creative planning, and Kevin Oates, partner and director of the Ketchum West Corporate & Public Affairs Practice, assume the roles of associate directors for Ketchum West, effective immediately. Maloney and Oates will continue to be based in Ketchum's San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, respectively.
Both seasoned veterans within the agency, Maloney and Oates will partner closely with Ketchum West director Melissa Kinch in their new roles to oversee operations for the Ketchum West regional business while continuing to fulfill their client responsibilities and business development efforts.
