Keystone Enters California Market with Acquisition of Infinity Assurance Group

First California Platform Partner marks major west coast expansion for one of the nation's fastest-growing brokers

The transaction, effective August 3, 2026, represents Keystone's first Platform Partner in California and marks a significant milestone in the company's national expansion.

IAG will continue to operate under its current leadership, with John Kookootsedes, Founder and Chairman, and Eric Doll, CEO, continuing at the helm as the agency joins Keystone's growing network of Platform Partners across the country. IAG's team, client relationships, and community presence remain fully intact.
