GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands, Nov. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants makes waves today as it opens the doors to its first Caribbean property Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa along the famed Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. Seafire marks the boutique hotel company's first foray into the international luxury resort market and Grand Cayman's first new hotel in more than a decade.
