Kings Crown at Park City First Residential On-Mountain Ski Development in 40 Years Debuts This Month

PARK CITY, Utah, Feb. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Kings Crown at Park City, the first residential on-mountain ski development on Park City Mountain in 40 years is taking reservations. Team Schlopy, Global Luxury specialists affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Utah, are the exclusive marketing and sales representatives.

The project consists of 27 build lots priced between $850,000 and $2.2 million, and seven completed Crownhomes priced between $4.3 and $4.7 million. Those who purchase the single-family lots will have the opportunity to choose their own builders.

Due to high demand, a lottery is scheduled for February 14, 2018 at 2 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. The Crownhomes are being built by renowned development team CRH Partners, LLC. Anticipated completion is the spring of 2020. Crownhomes range from 3,744 to 3,930 square feet and offer four to five bedrooms and three and one-half to four and one-half baths. The single-family lots will accommodate builds starting at 1,875 square feet.
