NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Kohler returns to the Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York as the official kitchen & bath and plumbing partner of the 2026 edition, joining 22 of the country's most celebrated designers and architects as they reimagine a historic Greenwich Village townhouse at 80 Washington Place.

Across six levels, the residence has been transformed into an immersive showcase of interiors, art, architecture, and technology. The 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York will be open to the public September 16 through October 13, 2026. Housed in a 1839 Georgian townhouse spanning six levels, the Show House features grand entertaining spaces, private terraces, a dedicated wellness level, and a rooftop deck overlooking Washington Square Park.
