Konnect Agency Names Amanda Bialek as Executive Vice President

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Konnect Agency, a revered tri-coastal public relations firm, has announced Amanda Bialek as the new Executive Vice President. The appointment comes after five years of Bialek's leadership as the company's Vice President and manager of its extremely fruitful franchise division. As Executive Vice President, Bialek will continue to lead staff development across all agency offices and will be charged with further developing the agency's approach to professional growth and mentorship strategies.

Since the company's inception 10 years ago, Konnect Agency has thrived under its cofounding leaders, Sabina Gault and Monica Guzman Escobar. When Bialek joined the Konnect Agency team, she brought more than a decade of management experience from Rogers & Cowan and 5W Public Relations. Under Bialek's jurisdiction, Konnect has become a strengths-based organization, built out an extensive influencer program, and introduced Salesforce to the firm as a tool to measure ROI.

Bialek currently oversees more than $1.65 million in billings and has been instrumental in over a dozen nationwide market openings for Dave & Buster's, a national rebrand of ONE Bar, and the relaunch of the widely popular Teletubbies brand and television show, to name a few recent accomplishments.
