Konnect Agency Promotion of New Director of Operations Bolsters Leadership for Continued Growth and Direction

LOS ANGELES, April 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Konnect Agency, an esteemed communications agency expanding across the U.S., has announced Tara Lopez as the new Director of Operations. The company's swift expansion and fourth office opening in 10 years precipitated the need for this role, and Lopez was the obvious choice after serving as the company's HR Benefits Manager for five years.

Experiencing 70 percent growth since 2015, Konnect Agency's rapid development left the company managing multiple offices from its Los Angeles headquarters. As the Director of Operations, Lopez will oversee logistics and company procedures across all existing and future agency locations – now Los Angeles, New York, Denver, CO, and Austin, TX – and ensure that onboarding, IT, and human resources function in unity but serve the independent needs of each branch.

Since Lopez's tenure at Konnect Agency, she has facilitated the company's systematic and organizational success. In the past year, Konnect Agency integrated a robust, heavily customized Salesforce platform to better manage agency relationships, further transparency with clients, and increase efficiencies for accounts. Lopez will continue to introduce similar innovations and digital advancements to the agency in her new role. She has also stood at the helm of Konnect Agency's unique benefits strategy, which has received national attention for its out-of-the-box perks, retirement options, and companywide trips. Prior to joining Konnect Agency, Lopez spent eight years mastering human resources and accounting processes at a large aerospace manufacturing firm.
