As a shareholder, she will be responsible for helping to steer the firm's overall strategic direction and continued growth.
Johnson, who has been with the firm since 2000, leads the Family Business segment, specializing in complex tax compliance and planning for high net-worth individuals, including privately held businesses, estate and gift planning, foundations and trusts.
