She most recently served as Group Director, Digital Strategy at The Richards Group and, prior to that, spent considerable time at the helm of her own company, KLJ Consulting Group. Her extensive experience spans industries ranging from retail, hospitality/travel, entertainment and gaming to CPG, finance, telecom and QSR.
