MENLO PARK, Calif., Oct. 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, the home renovation marketplace Kukun unveiled versions of its powerful online tools for other businesses, with API, OEM/white label, and downloadable widget options.
The company launched its personalized renovation cost estimate and Projected Home Value tools in June. After receiving numerous requests, Kukun created a variety of business services. Businesses associated with the home renovation industry – such as lenders, real estate agents, technology companies, real estate lead generation companies, investment property sites, and banks – can now access Kukun's API, white label, and widget options.
"Our API, widget, and hosted services are a great addition to websites that help with the buying and selling of homes. We also see these services as good fits for loan organizations, banks, and anyone in the business of determining the value of homes," said Kukun Founder and CEO Raf Howery.
The widget can be installed on websites for real estate agents, brokers, loan institutions, or any website related to the buying, selling, or renovating of homes to provide users with access to Kukun's renovation cost estimation and ROI tools.
For more integrated experiences, Kukun's API services allow companies, such as real estate listing websites, to offer renovation estimates within their listings for a seamless user experience. The company's white label services offer off-the-shelf solutions, with technology hosted by Kukun.
This release also includes an increase in the Projected Home Value tool's capabilities. The tool uses location-specific data as part of its algorithm to provide the most accurate ROI estimates possible. More zip codes have been added as part of this release, and the company aims to have zip codes for most densely populated areas in the US included in its algorithm by the end of the year. More than 38,892 renovation cost and ROI estimates have been created using Kukun's tools to-date.
