Keith Mitchell is a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor, Re-connective Healing Practitioner and professional athlete. A former NFL Linebacker for eight seasons (in 2000 he was named to the Pro Bowl) and All-American Outside Linebacker in college, Keith has always been drawn to sports and athletics.
