Kustom US Enters Into Arizona Market For The First Time By Acquiring Abracadabra Restoration
The privately owned firm welcomes the Tucson-based company into its division of restoration services
ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kustom US ("Kustom"), one of the leading property restoration companies in North America, is pleased to announce it has acquired Abracadabra Restoration ("Abracadabra"), a Tucson-based, locally owned and operated residential and commercial turn-key contractor serving southern Arizona for over 36 years. Terms of the deal were not disclosed; however, the firm will still retain its name and branding, but will be operating as a division of Kustom.
In 1981, Breck Grumbles – CR, CMRS founded Abracadabra Restoration. Since then the company has provided the Tucson community with specialized services in 24-Hour emergency restoration of water, fire and mold damage and has developed the most efficient system for residential and commercial water damage restoration services available in the market. Travis Christensen, who has served as General Manager for the past 10 years will be taking an ownership position within the newly acquired division. Kustom is also excited to announce that the entire Abracadabra leadership team, including all employees will remain in place as well.
