LA Fitness Opens First Club In Rhode Island At Cranston Garden City Center

IRVINE, Calif., June 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- LA Fitness, one of the fastest growing health club chains in the U.S. and Canada, announced its expansion into Rhode Island today, reinforcing the company's commitment to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The new 38,000-square-foot club, located at Cranston Garden City Center is currently under construction and scheduled to open this winter.

Construction on the new LA Fitness club will begin in May. When complete, the club will create a total of approximately 60 new jobs, including full-time and part-time positions, and not including those generated during construction.
