Over the past two decades, La Mar has evolved from a single cebichería in Lima into a worldwide celebration of Peruvian cuisine. Today, with restaurants in ten cities across eight countries, it stands as a testament to the global appetite for food that is authentic, ingredient-driven, and rooted in heritage.
The La Mar Around the World menu brings this journey full-circle with 10 distinctive dishes – each thoughtfully chosen by La Mar's executive chefs, from current or past menus, each chosen, for its personal significance as a reflection of the spirit of their restaurant and connection to its city.
