LOS ANGELES, May 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On Friday, May 27th, Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis will host a town hall-style conversation on immigration reform for the 21st century at East Los Angeles College. The event is a continuation of the national conversation that President Obama started in a speech delivered in El Paso, Texas, on May 10.  Among the panel participants is Laphonza Butler, president of SEIU ULTCW, who represents one of the most ethnically diverse unions in California.
