Lakewood Ranch's Wellness Community Gets a New Place to Recharge with BEEM® Light Sauna

Locally owned studio will open in November, offering private infrared sauna and light therapy in a personalized setting.

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- A new wellness destination is coming to Lakewood Ranch this November as BEEM® Light Sauna prepares to open its newest locally owned studio. Designed to make recovery, relaxation, and self-care a more consistent part of everyday life, BEEM® will bring private infrared sauna and light therapy sessions to the growing Lakewood Ranch community.

For franchise owners Beth and Bill Stark, Lakewood Ranch was a natural fit for BEEM®, with its active residents and strong focus on health, fitness, and quality of life.

"We have always been passionate about health and wellness, and Lakewood Ranch felt like the perfect place to bring BEEM®," said Stark. "We're excited to create a space where people can take time for themselves, whether they're focused on recovery, relaxation, or simply making their wellness a priority."

BEEM® offers a different kind of wellness experience – one designed around personalization rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Guests enjoy private suites featuring full-spectrum infrared and light therapy, creating a comfortable environment where they can slow down and focus on themselves.

For residents balancing work, family, fitness, and busy schedules, the studio makes wellness easier to incorporate into everyday life. Whether coming in after a workout, unwinding after a long day, or carving out time for self-care, guests have a dedicated space to recharge.

Community will also be central to the new studio. The owners plan to partner with local businesses and organizations, participate in community events, and create opportunities for residents to connect around health and wellness.

"We want every person who walks through our doors to feel seen, supported, and connected," Beth added. "This isn't just about offering a wellness service. We want to build relationships, listen to our members, and create a place where people genuinely feel like they belong."

Ahead of its November opening, BEEM® Lakewood Ranch will offer Founding Member opportunities for residents looking to be among the first to experience the studio.
