LandSouth Construction Breaks Ground on Luxury Apartment Complex in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville, FL based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior living and mixed-use developments, committed earlier this month to building a luxury 264-unit four story elevator and interior corridor apartment complex in South Hillsborough County, a growing area just south of Tampa.

LandSouth is partnering with developer, Simmons Loop Ventures, LLC a venture between Lindell Investments, Investors Realty Ltd., Inc. and architect, James S. Carr & Associates, LLC for this gated, four building development.

Featuring elevators and interior air-conditioned corridors in every building, granite counter-tops, island kitchens, oversized tubs, and washer/dryers in every unit, the new community will offer residents access to resort-style amenities (including: an 8,000 square foot clubhouse, 25 yd. swimming pool, library, and multiple fitness centers). Conveniently located across the street from St. Joseph's hospital and within easy walking distance of the new Big Bend Family Y.M.C.A., this new project is the most recent of many exciting expansion efforts in the area.
