Lanny's Alta Cocina Mexicana celebrates nine years through June 28, when it will close to remodel and reopen in August as Righteous Foods
FORT WORTH, Texas, June 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Chef, entrepreneur, and Fort Worth native Lanny P. Lancarte II will serve Lanny's Alta Cocina Mexicana (LACM) in-restaurant guests with a flourish during the last days of June, 2014, as the restaurant celebrates its 9th anniversary before closing to begin transforming the 3405 West 7th Street space into a new, casual cafe and carry out concept, Righteous Foods, to open in early August.
Through Saturday, June 28, Lanny's will be open for lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 – 2:00; dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 until 9:00. Reservations are recommended: 817-850-9996. Lanny's loyalists will be pleased to know that Lanny's Kitchen will continue catering unabated. Lanny's Catering has a menu for all needs and budgets and will operate continuously throughout the transition period and beyond.

Righteous Foods is aptly named for its focus on fresh, whole foods at breakfast, lunch and early dinner by the same kitchen and same chefs as LACM.

Righteous Foods cafe will have a casual setting for West 7th neighbors, downtown dwellers and Fort Worth Cultural District visitors from near and far. Dedicated parking spots make it easy to take advantage of either Lanny's RF Curbside Service or the Righteous To Go counter.
