Lantiq Demonstrates Bonded VDSL + LTE With Up to 300 Mbps

TAIPEI, Taiwan, June 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lantiq, a leading supplier of broadband access and home networking technologies, is showing its breakthrough DSLTE™ technology demo during the Computex show in Taiwan. The demonstration is based on a Lantiq reference design that combines a bonded VDSL broadband access link with an additional LTE access link in a single residential Gateway. This advanced technology setup enables equipment manufacturers to provide service carriers with systems offering highest bundled data rates and flawless Quality-of-Service (QoS) that leverage their existing DSL and LTE networks.
