Growth fuels the company's next move, as Mavely comes under the Later brand to unite affiliate commerce and influencer marketing across an index of 28 million creators
BOSTON, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Later, the world's most intelligent influencer marketing company, reports revenue has more than doubled over the past two years, including 50% growth in the last 12 months, with more than $300 million paid to creators to date. The company is now putting both sides of its business under one name. Starting today, its affiliate commerce network Mavely will operate as Later, giving brands one full-funnel system that runs from creator discovery through completed sale.
Creator-driven shopping through Later's creator network continues to accelerate. On average in 2026 to date, 17 people click a creator's shoppable link on Later every second, with one of those clicks resulting in a purchase. That equates to more than 1.4 million clicks and 86,000 sales a day. Affiliate link clicks rose 73% year over year, reflecting what Later sees as a broader shift toward creators playing a bigger role in product discovery.
As brands look to consolidate creator marketing, affiliate and commerce under fewer partners, Later's numbers show where some of that spending is landing. New business increased 142% in the second quarter, creator campaign activations rose 25% and there was a 71% lift in creator payouts, each compared with the same period in 2025.
"Influencer marketing and affiliate commerce were built as siloed businesses, run by different teams and judged on unrelated goals," said Scott Sutton, CEO of Later. "Those silos became a barrier to growth for the brands buying it and for the creators earning a living from it. Later's priority is maximizing both brand growth and creator earnings. Putting Mavely under the Later name explains plainly what we already are: one company that carries a brand from the first piece of creator content to the last click before checkout."
By pairing rich affiliate and campaign data with Later's industry-leading Creator AEO, AI creator match and proprietary AI-native predictive intelligence solution, EdgeAI, Later is changing the way brands identify and contract creators. Under the Later umbrella, Mavely's affiliate data now feeds campaign recruiting, so a marketer can discover creators who have already driven sales rather than selecting on reach alone. For creators, performance and results now travel with them into campaigns on Later from brands like Nike, Wayfair, and Unilever, where marketing teams can act on proven sales, not only follower count.
