Expanded role includes leadership of U.S. sales and oversight of select international markets
MIAMI, Sept. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Lavior, a botanical wound and skin care technology company, today announced the promotion of Ashlyn Tapley to Vice President of Sales. In her expanded role, Tapley will lead the company's U.S. sales strategy and business development while supervising select international sales activities to support Lavior's global growth.
Tapley most recently served as Lavior's National Sales Director, leading its national sales organization and network of independent sales representatives across wound care, skilled nursing, durable medical equipment (DME), and healthcare distribution channels. She previously served as Regional Director of Business Development, helping build provider relationships and commercial opportunities that supported the company's expansion.
As Vice President of Sales, Tapley will focus on strengthening relationships with wound care clinicians, skilled nursing facilities, DME providers, and distributors throughout the United States, while expanding physician-direct and retail channels. Her international responsibilities will include overseeing sales efforts in designated markets and working with distribution partners to support market development and strengthen commercial performance.
"This is a well-deserved promotion that recognizes Ashlyn's leadership, dedication, and contributions to Lavior's growth," said Gilad Savion, CEO and President of Lavior. "At Lavior, we are committed to supporting women's success and creating opportunities for women to lead at the highest levels. Ashlyn has earned this opportunity, and we are confident in her ability to lead our sales organization into its next phase of U.S. and international growth."
"I'm excited to take on this expanded leadership role and lead Lavior to the next level," said Ashlyn Tapley. "I embrace the challenge of building Lavior into the world's number one wound care company. Achieving that ambition starts with building a high-performing team, earning the trust of healthcare providers, and developing strong partnerships across markets. I'm ready to lead that effort with a clear vision, accountability, and a commitment to the patients we ultimately serve."
Tapley brings more than a decade of experience across managed care, nephrology, cardiology, and specialty healthcare markets. Her career spans pharmaceutical sales, aesthetic healthcare, and kidney health management, with a focus on provider relationships, clinical communication, education, and strategic sales leadership.
