
Leaders in the Fight Against the Dropout Crisis to Meet in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- On Monday, August 2nd, top level executives from Communities In Schools Western Affiliates will be coming to Las Vegas for a two day convening to discuss how to increase their effectiveness in empowering students to stay in school and prepare for life. The convening will take place at the Sun Coast Hotel & Casino.
The convening will feature guest speaker, Elaine Wynn, Communities In Schools National Board Chair, who will discuss how to engage community leaders to help stop the dropout crisis. In addition, panelists and speakers will discuss key topics relating to programming and capacity building.
