Leading Corporate M&A Attorney Bryce Linsenmayer Joins Kelley Drye
HOUSTON, July 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelley Drye & Warren LLP announced today that Bryce Linsenmayer has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate practice group. Bryce brings over two decades of experience advising public and privately held companies in debt and equity offerings, mergers, acquisitions and alternative investment strategies. Bryce will lead the firm's Corporate practice in its Texas Offices.

Bryce advises issuers and investment bankers in public offerings, and domestic and foreign private placements of debt and equity securities, as well as mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. He handles general corporate planning and representation for public and privately held companies, principally in the energy, healthcare, environmental, insurance and tech industries. Bryce also has vast experience with public offerings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and The London Stock Exchange, particularly on the AIM Market for smaller cap companies in London.
