("Dexcel") who sought a declaratory judgment that Dexcel's FDA-approved over-the-counter ("OTC") lansoprazole delayed-released orally disintegrating tablet ("ODT") product did not infringe Takeda Pharmaceutical's U.S. Patent No. 6,328,994. As a result of this ruling, Dexcel was first to market a lansoprazole ODT product over-the-counter in the U.S.
