Les Mills and Pentagon Health and Wellness Center to offer SH'BAM and BODYFLOW® classes on Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON, April 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In celebration of National Fitness Month, Les Mills and Pentagon Fitness will partner to offer SH'BAM™ and  BODYFLOW® classes on May 7 at 1:00 pm on Upper Senate Park.  Free and open to the public.

Featuring simple dance moves, SH'BAM™ is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star – even if you're dance challenged.  Followed by BODYFLOW® the yoga, tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and will leave people feeling centered and calm.
