Mr. Donde joins Lewtan from Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, a provider of essential property information solutions, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Donde was formerly the President of Fiserv's Life and Financial Software and Solutions business and President of AMS-Rackley/Allenbrook (Vertafore). Furthermore, Mr. Donde has held senior leadership roles at other financial services companies as well.
