Life Extension launches the Supplements for Life Sweepstakes

To enter, visit http://www.LEF.org/sweeps and access the sweepstakes entry form or connect to the entry page via any other website or blog promoting the sweepstakes. Complete the required information on the registration form and submit so that it is received by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on January 31, 2013. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

On or about February 1, 2013, representatives of Life Extension will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to award the Supplements for Life grand prize. The prize will consist of up to $1,200 worth supplements each year for the winner's life or 20 years, whichever comes first. Total retail value of grand prize is up to $24,000 over 20 years. The winner may select any supplements available through http://www.LEF.org and may order supplements up to four times each year, not to exceed maximum prize value.  Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Multiple entries per day may result in disqualification of all submitted entries. 

Additionally, two second prizes, each a one-year supply of supplements valued at $1,200, and 50 third prizes, each a one-year membership to the Life Extension Foundation, valued at $75 and a supply of supplements valued at $50 will be awarded.
