Eternal Faith Hospice and Beyond Faith Homecare teams recognized among top-performing providers for hospice caregiver and home health patient experience

IRVING, Texas, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LifeCare Home Health & Hospice Family announced that four locations within its family of healthcare companies have earned 2025 SHPBest™ awards from Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), recognizing exceptional patient and caregiver experience across home health and hospice care.

The honors include national recognition for Eternal Faith Hospice in Warner Robins, Georgia, as well as Beyond Faith Homecare locations in Wichita Falls, Graham and Weatherford, Texas.

Eternal Faith Hospice in Warner Robins earned the 2025 SHPBest™ Hospice Caregiver Experience Award as a Premier Performer, placing the team among the top 5% in SHP's national CAHPS Hospice benchmark. The recognition marks the second consecutive year the Warner Robins team has achieved Premier Performer status.

Beyond Faith Homecare also received multiple 2025 SHPBest™ Home Health Patient Experience Awards. The Wichita Falls team was named a Premier Performer, ranking among the top 5%, while the Graham and Weatherford teams were recognized as Superior Performers, ranking among the top 20%.

The 2025 recognition continues a strong record of patient experience performance for Beyond Faith. Both the Wichita Falls and Graham locations have now earned SHPBest recognition for four consecutive years.

For home health providers, SHP evaluates results from the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) survey. Hospice recognition is based on the CAHPS Hospice Survey, which captures feedback from caregivers about their experience with hospice care.

SHP's Premier Performer designation recognizes providers ranking in the top 5% of its applicable benchmark, while Superior Performer recognition is awarded to providers ranking in the top 20%.
